PARTNERS AND
EMPLOYERS

Zip Code Wilmington is your trusted
source for entry-level tech talent.

WHY PARTNER WITH ZIP CODE?

We build long-lasting and mutually beneficial relationships between our community, our students, and our corporate partners to strengthen businesses and transform lives. We begin with the end in mind! Designed in collaboration with our corporate partners, our training is laser-focused on employer requested skills, so that our graduates can hit the ground running. Learn more by reviewing our Partner FAQs.

How Our Partnerships Work

Our financial model is unique! We are a self-sustaining non-profit which means our operating costs are covered by the revenue we earn from training our students. As a result, the success of our students and our corporate partners is our bread and butter. We are designed to ensure our community succeeds!

The total cost of our training is $18,000 per student. The student pays up to $6,000 upfront and our corporate partner pays the remaining tuition balance of up to $9,000 upon hiring our student. Graduates do not owe the remainder of their tuition unless and until they land a job using the skills for which they received training.

The Zip Code Wilmington training program is purpose driven and incentivized in all the right ways. Our goal is to only accept as many students as we can place. We provide industry-approved, cutting-edge training and place our graduates with employers who need a steady supply of high-quality tech talent.

Ways to Engage with Us

We introduce companies to our highly-trained, highly-qualified and diverse graduates–helping our corporate partners to remain competitive within the technology sector. We have different engagement levels so you will be sure to find something that matches your needs and capacity.

For more information on our engagement levels and how to hire a Zipcoder, please visit our partner FAQs page or reach out to our Director of Corporate Partnerships.
