At the rate coding jobs are becoming available, for every one employed developer in 2012, by 2015, 2 will be needed; and by 2020, you’ll need three for every one. That means in approximately eight years there will be over three times more coding jobs available.
The problem is, there aren’t enough Americans who have the necessary skills to succeed in this burgeoning field. Jobs are being sent overseas, or people are coming to the United States from other countries to fill these lucrative positions.
