We celebrated our 10^th anniversary on May 6 at a festive luncheon that brought together Zip Code Wilmington alumni, corporate partners and supporters. It was a wonderful event made special by catching up with many alumni and hearing about their successful tech careers. We were delighted to spend time with our corporate partners and to reflect on the decade of progress we’ve made thanks to their support.

The event’s keynote speaker, Wolf Ruzicka, author of “AI Driven” and Head of Strategic Advice at Solvd.com, shared his insights on the evolving tech landscape and the impact of AI. It was a timely presentation that also touched on innovation in workforce development. In Ruzicka’s view, all companies must pivot to become software-first companies to successfully navigate toward the future. As he previously noted, “Your only safety is in your speed of change. The risk of extinction is dramatically higher, if you don’t evolve.”
